SHIPPING
All goods are dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia and are delivered by Australia Post and a notification email will be sent to you when your order is shipped. Deliveries usually arrive within 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-3 days for express delivery.
Please note deliveries to some remote and regional areas can take longer. For further information on delivery times within Australia please visit the Australia Post website.
Tracking details will be available in the My Order section of our website or you can contact Australia Post and provide the tracking number. Once an order leaves our warehouse we have no further control over the delivery.
To help ensure your delivery is not held up we recommend you give a shipping address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery. All orders require a signature and you will be asked to sign for the receipt for delivery. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia.
All orders with a total of $100.00 or more after any discounts, promotions or offers are applied will enjoy free delivery.
RETURNS
We want you to be just as thrilled in our products as we are and strive to ensure they are produced in a high quality. We do understand that sometimes a product may not match the level of quality you expect and in that event please review the following in relation to returns.
There may be limitations to your rights to return and obtain a refund for products, these will always be subject to your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection law and regulations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, store credit or replacement within 14 days. Please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return in the event you would like to return any products. Goods returned must be in an unused condition with packaging and order confirmation included. Refunds will be processed to the payment method/credit card you made the purchase with. If your payment was made via Direct Deposit please contact us to arrange a refund. We are not able to refund shipping costs and the customer is responsible for return shipping. We are not able to refund Gift Certificates. While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear caused by the delivery process. If damage has occurred to the product(s) inside the packaging please contact us.
